Fernando affectionately calls both the vineyard and cellar his ‘lab’, and it’s easy to see why. His approach to winemaking is anything but ordinary, always experimenting, always curious, and always guided by passion.
Every wine is organic, cultivated through a processes that allow the vineyards to remain a lush, vibrant green throughout the year - a rarity in the region.

The design and landscape surrounding Quinta de Tourais mirror’s the soul of its wine.
Strong burgundy tones, reminiscent of their red wines, stand boldly against the sweeping green vineyards.
